Terrilyn Joe, 16, centre, a student at Burnaby South, was crowned Miss Teen Vancouver Saturday night at the Royal Centre Fashion Mall. First runner up was Valerie Stevenson, 16, left, a student at Centennial Secondary School in Coquitlam. Second runner up was Charlene Miller, 16, also a student at Centennial. Terrilyn will travel to Toronto to compete in the Miss Teen Canada pageant March 8. |
