Collection consists of newspaper clippings, annuals and other student publications, minutes, scrapbooks, visitor books, and photographs. The collection is arranged into series that pertain to specific schools or colleges as well as several general series. There are over 11,000 items in the collection.

Fonds consists of a number of photographs, a handwritten four page guide explaining the operation of the telephone switchboard, several school diplomas, a scrapbook that contains photographs and cards of congratulations on Beryl Ward's ninetieth birthday, and several newspaper clippings.

The collection consists of programmes for the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra, report cards, newspaper articles,registration cards, ration cards, radio licenses, newspaper clippings, a roll of honor certificate,a dinner menu from 1958 honouring survivors of the Great Fire, and other miscellaneous ephemera. A copy of a print by Reed, a Canadian artist commemorated the marriage of Princess Elizabeth and Phillip Mountbatten and a book entitled a Poetry Book for Schools published in 1868 in London, England are also included

This series contains photographs taken either before World War Two or after it.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the Rotary Club's "Roll Out the Barrel" contest. An annual lottery which consisted of a barrel being launched into the Fraser River at Lytton, BC. Tickets were sold entitling holders to estimate how long the barrel would take to reach New Westminster. A fund-raiser, a portion of the proceeds would go to a charity. There is a file containing a history of the charitable event, correspondence between Jack Boothe of the Globe and Mail newspaper and Harry J. Sullivan disputing the origin of the event, two tickets issued for the 1949 event. There is a number of loose photographs and a photo album that contains newspaper clippings and colour photographs from the 1986 revival of the event (which have not yet been described or scanned.)

Series relates to planning and forecasting of variable and fixed costs of program requirements for each fiscal year. Includes final budget records.
