Photograph shows the Westminster Building on the corner of Columbia and Begbie. This building was built in 1912 by the architect Frank G. Gardiner who also built other buildings in New Westminster.
This photograph was an entrant in the "photograph today for tomorrow" photography contest held by the New Westminster Public Library from may 15 - June 30, 1984. The contest was held to celebrate New Westminster's 125th anniversary.
This building is also referred to as the Westminster Trust Building. |
