Photograph shows at left, is Mayor William Mott and at right is Police Chief John Donald. They are posed in front of the Police Department during a Community Chest campaign. John Donald was the Chief of Police in New Westminster from 1944 to 1957. William Mott was Mayor of New Westminster from 1943 to 1948.
