The caption read, "College comfort...the concourse of the new $39.3 million Douglas College Campus in downtown New Westminster may not provide the most comfortable lounging spot for students, but it is infinitely brighter and more spacious than anything at the old McBride campus, as French student Cheryl Gollub of Surrey finds during a lunch break at the new facility. Classes began moving into the campus at Royal Avenue and 8th Street last week." |
